Juicy Yoga 
As we move through our day-to-day lives, it helps to have opportunities to slow down, release tension in the body, calm the mind, and access our wisdom within.
In "juicy yoga," a series of gentle stretches, fluid movement, music, and poetry
are used to help us reconnect with ourselves and with the sacredness in our lives.
The class offers a "recharge and renewal" for the day and week ahead.
All levels of yoga experience are welcome. Mats are provided.
