My intention is to help connect people
to their inner-wisdom ~

the place from which authentic healing and growth can occur. Often, this journey involves releasing what no longer serves us and embracing aspects of ourselves that we tend to judge and push away. A key aspect of my work is reclaiming what gets lost amidst the busyness of day-to-day life: things such as self-compassion, stillness, beauty, creativity, humor, and aliveness. My hope is to re-connect people to the joy of living in a spirit of curiosity and gratitude, and of feeling the wholeness and sacredness of their lives.
